Anna was born and raised in Dallas and graduated from Greenhill School. While originally a photojournalism major, Anna earned her Bachelor’s from Texas
Christian University (Go Frogs!)with a double-major in Educational Studies and Spanish. Anna gained experience working in and out of the classroom during her college years serving as an intern with an amazing camp called Project Transformation, serving children from low-income areas around Dallas. She also served as vice president of her sorority, worked as a student intern in TCU’s athletic department and interned with the PGA TOUR in their human resources department. Anna previously taught Spanish at Dallas ISD, before arriving at Academy High to teach eager Spanish learners. When not teaching, Anna loves watching TCU football, catching up on Netflix originals, photography, coffee, and last, but certainly not least, pizza.
