Matt Hudnall aka: Mr. Hud or Mr. H was born and raised in Gainesville, FL. He left Florida in 1998 to pursue a career in the Air Force where he served for 10 years. Mr. Hudnall attended jump school, S.E.R.E school, served in the Iraq War, and was an Air Force TACP before cross training to become a medic. Matt has his undergrad in Business Administration from Touro University, CA, Masters Degree in Human Relations from Amberton University, TX, & has a Graduate Certificate in Conflict Management and Resolution also from Amberton University, TX. Before working in education Mr. Hudnall worked as a mechanic, a GM for a major cable provider, and as a Construction Project Manager.

Before joining PISD he taught 6th and 7th grade science from 2013-2017 in CFBISD. During that time Mr Hudnall wrote curriculum for CFBISD and was on the PBIS leadership committee at his school for 3 years.

Matt looks forward to working with our first year learners to help them discover their strengths and how those strengths fit into a team role. Outside the classroom Matt enjoys camping, adventure, sports, music, & grilling out with his family ~ wife Emily and three sons, Colton 15, Lukas 9, & Isaac 5.
