Bradley Bailey – Facilitator
While studying Economics at the University of Texas, Brad Bailey longed for a more rewarding path in life than the prospects of industry. In reflecting back on meaningful life experiences, Brad thought about an experience he had while a junior at Klein Oak High School in the northern suburbs of Houston where he had the opportunity to tutor a younger student who missed several weeks as a result of chemotherapy. That pivotal memory drove Brad to enter the UTeach Liberal Arts secondary education program. Upon graduating from UT, Brad and his wife, Brianna, agreed to move to Dallas so he could teach at Vines High School and she could work for Ernst and Young. At Vines, Brad facilitated the PAL program and became co-team leader of World Geography. Brad loves taking on new challenges as such as working toward a graduate degree, running marathons, shooting sports, playing Xbox, and training his Vizsla. He is stoked with his newest challenge to blaze a new path at the Academy.
